Easy project setup

You can upload discussion guides in a foreign language just as easily as in your local language, we even cater for right-to-left scripts such as Arabic. When preparing an online project we highly recommend that you get your local market moderator to translate the discussion guide. They are more aware of the nuances of their mother tongue, more sensitive to cultural differences and they will have a deeper understanding of your objectives following on from project briefings.

Training of local market moderators

At Liveminds, we pride ourselves in the usability of our platform. When a deadline is looming the last thing you need is to have to battle a complex interface and confusing features. So when it comes to using a local market moderator for your international project, Liveminds makes it simple for multiple researchers to get up to speed and get stuck in straight away. We also offer training sessions for your local moderators. With sessions typically lasting around 45 minutes they’ll be up and running in no time.

Translation of transcripts

To make your life even easier, when it comes to the analysis stage, we can provide a translation of your whole transcript. When your project comes to a close, we manage downloading all the transcripts and the delivery of translation with the original text and its translation side-by-side, ready for you to analyse. Alternatively, if your local moderator will be reporting back on the project, they too have access to the transcripts.
